I am hoping President Obama will end this. It's not just him that makes that choice. Between the BUSH JR invasion and immediate growth in heroin at that time....The real Taliban nearly stopped the heroin growth, but after the CIA US invasion it grew again.

Firstly, the Obama tax plan reduces tax for 95% of Americans. Secondly, the trickle down theory you refer to is an outdated excuse to give tax cuts to the rich.
