nope, at the time my mouth was rubber banded shut so I couldn't move my jaw while the bones healed. now I am braces free and talking normally =)

Hey there, I just seen your videos. Your amazing, wow!!!! Im thinking to myself Im gonna be going through this too. I have my braces on at the moment. So I have at least 14 months of this first, then operation time. Im so not looking forward to this. How Much did it hurt after the operation babe?

I wasn't in pain after coming home from he hospital three days after my surgery, but it did take time to get used to being wired shut. There were times when I would get pretty frustrated with not being able to talk/eat, but it's very worth it in the long run to follow doctors orders and let your bones heal. =)

i had them on for 2 years when i was 14, and then almost 8 months before-after the surgery.

Hi! I hope you are still answering questions... But I am about to get braces on for this surgery, but they have to move my teeth up as well... I don't know if you had to do that also, but do you have any before pictures you could show? I am nervous about my own outcomes... Thanks!!
