@yoyozennyd Hmmm... do you want to bake one big strawberry shortcake (using three large sponge sheets)? You can do that but I'd recommend to bake the three sponge sheets separately (and also prepare the batter three times as you cannot store it). Unless you have a professional bakery oven, baking three sheets at once will not give good results...
