Chinese Gangsta's Impersonate Chinese Police

This really shows u how the goverment has power over anyone or how anyone and i mean ANYONE workin for the chinese goverment can do anything if they have a big group and others to work for them...in the goverment of china..there is a work force that works for the police called 城管 or if u were to translate it a kind of City management...for example there are illegal food stands where people sell food or drive scooters or taxi's without a license so if these 城管 see u they will take everything away from u...if they don't like u they will hurt u...u also have to pay fines for what they take away...so hiding from these people if ur trying to make a living because u cannot afford the legal way can be difficult...its a big problem in china..that the people cannot control....

They are not police they are chengguan. They are not authorized to carry gun or lethal weapon, they cant arrest people(they beat them up and take their stuff). They only deal with illegal street vendor, performer, beggar and everything else on that line.

There are many other video in China where these chengguan get in trouble and start messing around against the real police.
