@gciarlo86 calves are extremely hard to get larger, but fairly normal to get stronger, I squat 160kg @ bw 75 and i know that's not something to brag about, but i was born with club foot- among other things eg collapsed lung, (my feet are ok now!) and it affect calve development permanently, however it has never stopped or hindered my training it just have smaller calves comparative to my quads and hams, xfade7, dont worry, haters gon hate.

@roidsR4losers Regular bar with a v-handle attachment. Stack a dumbbell or something on the end of the bar in the corner to hold it down.
