Since I have learned about the secret I have used it to change how I think. From feeling helpless to being able to help others. It has has help me to look for the reason for why things happen as they do. When unpleasant things happen in our lives even when we use the secret it is because it is making way for what we truly want in the long run that more closely aligns with our vibrational energy. I can see it working in my life. :)
