Master Ces Williams talks about Women's Leatherfest International. In an interview for the Women's Leather History Project.

Master Ces (pronounced Chess) Williams is President of Women in Leather International she dates back to Stonewall, the first Gay March in Washington in 1979, and many other first. Master Ces is 65 years young formally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania she now lives in Houston, Texas. The words to describe Master Ces are as follows mother, grandmother, Leather Women, Leather Dyke, Sir and educator. She is the proud owner of slave ellaine and they have been together for 14 years.

She has been featured in Power Exchange Magazine as the guest editorial and also featured editor on Women as Masters. She was the co-founder and moderator for six years of the Open Door Houston that was a Dominant submissive discussion group, which closed it door in 2006. She was a former secretary of the National Leather Association of Houston. She has presented at Tribal Fire Oklahoma, National Leather Association of Dallas and Houston, Beyond Vanilla, Erotic Rose Society of Houston, Black Rose and many other events over the years. She has also facilitated at Master Retreat. .
