Finally here is the video of Fei Yu FY3ZT UAV System, an Autonomous flight system that uses Google earth and GPS navigation points, and turns an ordinary RC plane into a UAV in few minutes of setup. Hello, I am thinking of making a automated flight helicopter, would this software be compatible with an RC helicopter type aircraft? And if so, would this software be able to take off and land rc helicopters since they only require vertical takeoffs? Please reply, thanks.

@MrBrodady answer to all your questions are no. this software and hardware is totally useless, we have stopped testing it anymore as we do not want to crash and loose more planes

have you tried an unasissted lading Ali ? I would not dare to release the controls, I would think it would be easy for the GPS to calculate ~1m wrong, in distance that makes no difference but in landig thats a mile off.

@Tendo8002 never did. this system is not designed for that. but we can set it to a way point and cut the throttle on GCS settings or radio and it will land its self slowly.

ali, this is great stuff... i don't see anybody else on youtube covering it. i hope you can provide even more uav technology coverage... maybe have one of the engineers as a guest to explain some of the technology.
