What is the stereo field?I know its the plane between 2 separate input devices such as mic A and B but i need a more indepth description of it?any help would be great.

one enquiry though, how do you get such warm and full tone on your lower ranges? because when i hit my lower register like F and below, it loses it's "roundness" and sounds very harsh and cutting. what do you advise?

I think a lot of this could be related to the kind of air that is being sent down the tube. Hot air equals warm sound. Now having said that the bottom stack of the saxophone will usually require faster air- and it becomes difficult to blow fast hot air- but that change in concept may help. Also make sure your instrument is in proper adjustment. Nothing harshes up a sound like a leak that you need to overblow to overcome.
