you could have gone the easiest way and not dealt with any of these guys at all but the way you took isnt even stealthy

@TheDirectorProject just shows your pretty bad at this...got the game im like 6 hours...and there is no level where you can totally avoid the guards -.-

For the 2nd C4 location: (It's a timing thing at that point). You need to go around the rear of all the cars. Than roll (at the last car) into the shadow. The stationary guard might jump but if you do it right, he will not scream. lol Then I just snuck right behind him through the door.
