  • I have a strang lump or knot sensation in my chest, I do get heart burn and often back pain behind my left shoulder blade. Ocasionally I have a strange dizzy sensation and almost feels like an adrenaline rush that gives me a racing heart followed usualy by some kind of twitch or movment of my chest/stomach area. Can be quite scary and dont like exercisising because I dont want to upset it. I am sure it somekind of acid refux movment but not entirerly sure?

  • I have had a chronic cough since August and all respiratory tests normal and have been told it is GORD or GERD (American). I have been started on Somac with some relief but also know there are lifestyle changes to be made eg lose weight and look at some diet issues as well as alcohol.

  • what drugs are used to treat it?
