The District will pay $550,000 to settle a $2.3 mil. claim to the firm owned by Friend Of Fenty oMAR kaRIM. The city’s COFFER being poorer after paying a $500K settlement is unrelated to the COFFER ending of Lewis ZolliCOFFER (245-42-2074), born on the 126th anniversary of Benjamin BANNEKER’s OCT. 9, 1806 death

He allowed some really arrogant people to ruin his chance at re-election and put the smart, humble, hard workers on the back burner. There is a brother that came to my home, I think he was the Ward 5 coordinator, I felt sorry for him. Every time Moten opens his mouth I wonder why he isnt gagged so that the intelligent supporters can help the campaign.
