Just messing around for the hell of it, I got the idea of drawing Chingling freakin' out Pikachu just from looking at the sprite. I know, I'm just weird like that x]

One tip on drawing better on the PC is just to pratice, I got this far by praticing over the past 2 years.

@DenTodtsDo Mmhm, right. But theres no big difference from using a mouse or tablet, one just gets the job done quicker.
