This is a long way from entrapment. Now, if an undercover conservation agent was riding with you in the car, pointed to the deer and said, "wow, you should take a shot at that beauty," you might have a case. As it is, these people are obviously looking for an opportunity.

I dont believe in poaching especially spotlighting but this method of catching people is unconstitutional.Its entrapment and I do not agree with it.

yeah but they could also allow the hunters to harvest more deer believe me they would be more than willing and they would do it the right way..

hahaha....here in NC it is illegal for wildlife officials to use decoys larger than 8point b/c it is considered entrapment....funny but true

3 retired men on motorcycles last summer were killed when deer jumped out in our county alone how many nation wide?

3 separate accidents killed gramps with wives and grown familys that are missed

there way to many deer and not enough hunters as long as there in the woods who cares put food on your table
