Yeah, I didn't use any still shots in this one but there was just a slight breeze going in many of the shots.
Quite alot of park land is used for the event but Commissioner's Park (a.k.a Dow's Lake) is the largest location.
You can punch "K1S 5K7" into Google maps to get a satellite view of the location in question.

Big difference from the first version. Beautiful colour combinations, relaxing indeed! I thought at a couple points some shots were stills. How much land do the tulips take for the festival?
