This is the first of two commercials we created for a student project, in order to promote the bicycle. The assignment was to make a tv-commercial about a bicycle, with a max duration of 60 seconds.

Thanks for all the nice comments! For those asking for the second commercial, it's the one named "Choosing a pet" in my videos. It's not a sequel but a totally different concept involving the bicycle theme.

I just wanna understand what is said at beginning of the video and the sentence at the end.

At the beginning, the 'cop' says, "Well sir, how fast have we been driving?". The sentence at the end means something like "Cycling is annoying, isn't it?".
