I made this video for a class at UNC: Issues in Digital Video Retrieval with Professor Gary Marchionini, Spring 2009. Video was made with a Flip camera and edited in Premiere. This is a mix of video clips shot by many of my classmates, all of which were filtered through my circuit-bent video equalizer before sequencing.

This mix was somewhat inspired by the aesthetic of old 50s color film reels and is meant to echo their style. Much as those films were shaped in hue and grain by the equipment which made them, I've made this mix with a palette of color and textural distortions (though mine are more exaggerated).
