this is my dream home!! I am totally gonna enter to win. The only bad thing is that taxes from the sale of the house will be due when the person gets the house. I am assuming that will be at least $500,000. Who has that kind of money to give to the IRS?? Its eaiser just to take the 1.5 mil in cash instead and pay the taxes out of that.
