Fashion denotes 'following the crowd'. This is hardly 'creative' if one copies what so-called couturiers tell us what to wear in a certain season. True fashion has to be in that tradition of 'make-do-and-mend' (as in times of strife or wartime) or if an individual 'sews a fine seam off the cuff using fabricated ideas, an old treadle Singer and offcuts found in St. Margaret's Street, London. That's proper fashion. Isn't it?

@MrGooshness Yeah, agreed! You take what you want from fashion and that's it. It's not literal, it's incredibly vague and always has enough room for individuality. I love fashion.

I like fashion. You're right, it would be dreary if we didn't have the few to wear that which is unusual or outrageous. I just think she is wearing something pretty horrific, despite the fact it is uncommon. I like colour in my clothing generally.....all the black and mock religious style just seems ugly to me.

Interesting but sometimes I bit over the top without being particularly interesting.
