Melody (1971 film)

Melody & Daniel - Two youngsters declare to their parents that they want to get married. Not sometime in the future but as soon as possible...

Who is that girl with the crying face,
Looking at millions of signs?
She knows that life is a running race.
Her face shouldn't show any sign.

Melody Fair won't you comb your hair?
You can be beautiful too.
Melody Fair, remember you're only a woman.
Melody Fair, remember you're only a girl.

Ah...

Who is that girl at the window pane,
Watching the rain falling down?
Melody, life isn't like the rain.
It's just like a merry-go-round.

Melody Fair won't you comb your hair?
You can be beautiful too.
Melody Fair, remember you're only a woman.
Melody Fair, remember you're only a girl.

Ah...

You can be beautiful too.

  • Yes, I agree with you. So the lyric I typed at the right hand side should be correct.

  • @ABC23423 hi,i am still searching for the full movie. would you be kind to pass it on.tq.i reckon truthness stays with what ever time,we changed due to our greediness for all things in the world. i was 15 then and love the show but i wanted to see it again.

  • I love this song

  • ♪ Who is the woman covering this BGs' masterpiece?

  • OMG , I saw this movie and sang the rhythm when I was in teenage . I miss this song for really a long time.

  • Melody gave me a sense of warmth that no film has ever done before.....so fairy-tale....melody fair....

  • GRACIAS crei que la había soñado y que yo era la protagonista , pero gracias a un amigo "muy querido" me la subió y puedo verla y escuchar su bella melodia, MIL GRACIAS

  • I get some seriously troubling Lolita effect from Melody! It's no surprise the film was massive in Japan, where I live now. It is not uncommon for grown men to like younger girls, wierd as we might think. She is a beauty, that's for sure.
