  • No he doesn't jump higher. If you compare MJ and Kobe year for year, MJ at age 30 to Kobe at age 30, MJ jumped significantly higher. MJ's fade away and post game were much harder to defend than Kobe's. And Kobe's shot is not unstoppable. He shoots a career 45%. Jordan shot a consistent 50%. MJ's mid range game was by far one of the best ever. Kobe's getting better, no doubt. I've seen him dramatically improve the last 4 years. But his shot is still not harder to defend than MJ's was.
