Two of our patients walking using our legs. (This is a longer version of a previous video I had uploaded but since deleted)
One patient is using this new leg for the very first time and yet he is walking amazingly well. The second patient walks and also rides a bicycle for the first time in many years.
The legs are manufactured in our workshop: Centro de Miembros Artificiales in La Paz Bolivia and incorporate the LEGS/LIMBS poly-centric M1 knee from Le Tourneau University. This clinic is fully sponsored by and supported by the Rotary club La Paz San Pedro.
This clinic provides high quality prosthesis to very low income Bolivians.
