Honestly I dont understand why people use the ethics card. If each car would electrocute the would be car theft. There would be no car theft. Or if the punishment was severly increased.

In Suadi, stealing = you lose your hand. Its so safe over there you could leave your car doors open with a ton of eletroctics on the seat because they know if they are caught they lose their hand forever.
