Varia Stage 2 - Firewall

Punchipunchipunchipunchi pum pum pum pum. Well, yeah, the boss theme is quite addicting. I like the music of this game but I have to point out a couple of things:

If you are epileptic this is certainly not safe. The colour show only gets bigger.

If you suffer motion sickness the backgrounds can and WILL drive you insane.

It has zero mercy and you don't have the chance to use the pad. Ok, you can, Joy2key or one of those things.

Died twice. My bad but, well, I'm human you know. Also, notice how the mid-boss is a total tribute to Gradius. DESTROY THE CORE!

Nicely done. How many levels does it have?

4 levels. It's quite short but compensates it with the difficulty. It's quite addicting if you can get past the mind-numbing background effects and flashing lights.

When I played this level for that second miniboss go through the middle array of bullets, safe and fast.

Yeah, the powerup system isn't the only homage to Chorensha, it tried to borrow it's difficulty too...

It's tough actively powering up the options, with the fast attacks coming from all directions..
