@KimboANelson nope, firewire and playback while recording using the video capture function on your editor.

if you want drag and drop, look at some other cameras like the nx5u, nx70u, ax2000, or any of the other tapeless video cameras.

If you don't have a mini dv converter can you just hook up the camera to your computer and transfer the video files that way using an usb? Anyone know?

Hi...........I recently bought the Nikon, D3100 dslr camera......has no audio output, and 14 mega pixals.......I would ike to know your opinion on which camera would be best for me in shooting short, Indie style movies......I paid about $700 for this cam, but think I can do more with another camcorder....oh yes, this one is fully digital, dont know about the Sony....tks......TC.

i already put the video once on my compurter a very long ago, so this time isnt working!

there is a button on the body you can switct from auto focus to manual focus- when you switch to manual you can adjust the focus ring. also the fucus ring can adjust manually in auto mode. Also there is an expanded focus adjust function this is enlarge the picture about 25% this is allow to set the focus easealy.
