This is one of my favorite songs from the Layla lp and I believe that it is constantly overlooked and underrated.

Awesome music this is - it has core elements of the Beatles, the Band, and all the other influences of Clapton, Allman, and the rest of the band - a great album indeed.

Saw these guys at the Lyceum Ballroom in London before the album was out in the U.S. What a show! Blew me away, And I think the price to get in was about $2.50, Amazing.

This is possibly one of the best songs on one of the best albums ever released. I think the best song on this album is the one you are listening to at the moment. Not a bad song on this whole track

This tune is in the movie 'Mean Streets'. Best guitar album ever, Side 4, "Little Wing", "Layla", "Thorn Tree in the Garden" is especially awesome!

Best Eric ever. Cream, Yardbirds, and his solo albums are great but Derek and the Dominos was by far his best work.

Definitely underrated. I remember the first time I heard this album. The combination of this song and Bell Bottom Blues was so moving.
