  • is the hair itself long (knee length) or do you have a technique to extend the length of the hair you bought? Good job, love!

  • @butterfli204 Nope, it was just the length in the packet...it was a bit crazy lol...not sure I'd do it again, but I had to do it once :-)

  • East/South London they are under £2 (not much price difference but take care of the pennys and the pounds will look after their self). Oh ok I have never tried a dry shampoo. How long have you had them in?

  • @TheBlackCoCo Probably about coming up to 6 weeks. £2 is s big enough difference! Dry shampoos are kinda not that effective but they're a good thing for in between washes. Thats the only one I've used though.

  • My gosh.... I have waist length twist in and they are heavy enough. What part of UK do you live in, you can get expressions for cheaper than that (tip from one student to another). How are you maintaining them? I have been washing mine weekly so I don't get build but but 1. FRIZZ central and 2. when water touches these twist it gets even heaver.

I hope your feeling better now.

  • @TheBlackCoCo Oh and lol....I meant hospital as in working at the hospital not on my placements, not IN hospital..

  • They are not goin to last long .

  • thts rediculous attention hungry ppl

  • @TheBlackCoCo Heya..I live in London - I though £2.50 was dirt cheap! lol. Where do you get yours from?? I'm using Organic Root Stimulator dry shampoo to keep them clean. It's a gel that you can apply to the scalp and then sort of rub out using a warm towel to get rid of any build up. haven't washed them properly, but I'm taking them out next week I think. Water would make them sooo heavy. I'm getting used to the weight now though, I don't really notice it...

  • @Ladytan2588 They're getting a bit fluffy at the top, mainly cos I always sleep with them uncovered cos I'm super lazy....lol @ ' how comes your hair grew overnight?'. Most people just think it's my real hair...even a couple black people, which I don't get cos it so obviously isn't....but hey, just smile and nod if they ask ya...
