A few things - you'll notice me pushing escape to check my objectives. The reason I do this is because, as SWAT 4 moves on, there are more and more people to check for. I also pause right after gunfire to determine if any of my men are hurt. (When you see the Yellow on the objectives menu, that means that one of my guys was shot, when the suspect opened the door) Downed civilians are already marked as reportable situations, and with a situation like A Bomb, there are a lot of them. That being said, the first guy in the entrance point I never reported, which is why there is a single cut at the end that shows him before I ended my mission. I had 21/23 in the actual floor, so I ended filming and found the last two to report because there were no enemies. I must apologize for the long amounts of time I took clearing the empty bathrooms.
ALSO - at the beginning when I'm breaching, you see a shadow coming through the door. This is an issue with all cards that I have used (ATI Radeon x600, Nvidia FX5700) and seems to be an engine issue.
Bad tactics on my part:
Requesting CS gas on first entry, should have been a bang to get the guy on the right
Bad flash on entry to second floor, didn't actually flash any of the suspects
Trying to order a man to comply on the dance floor when he couldn't hear me
Bungled breach into office
