if you wanna enjoy this game pick up the hacked version for kawaks. that would be SVC chaos plus, then go play as arremer or athena. 75% of the char. here need a good nerfing anyway

That character would be Mr. Karate and his more powerful form, Shin Karate.
He is actually Takuma Sakazaki from Art of Fighting & King of Fighters, but he's wearing that ridiculous mask as a 'disguise.'
