Led lenser p3 test and review, same as P7 only tiny in comparison!!! (in HD)

A review and test of the amazingly small and equally astonishingly bright and powerful Led Lenser P3, although coming from Led Lenser it is hardly surprising. The P3 runs on AAA batterys, unlike most torches of this size, which is ideal. The torch is the exact same to operate as the P7 except where the P7 has a three stage switch (low power, high power and off) the P3 has two stage (all or nothing) the P3 also has the touch button for SOS mode.

The P3 is light easy to carry and perfect as a pocket torch. The torch has a range of 43m and 13 lumens. To put it simply, it is brighter than the average normal sized torch!

What one would you recommend more?

@chazza495 The torches are for different uses for me, i use the P7 if out cycling as a torch or if out hiking, when skiing (incase i need it), when out doing night time photography. I keep the P3 in my pocket with me for the whole of winter and i use it incase i need a torch and dont have the P7. If all you need is a normal torch, buy the P3, its brighter than most normal torches if you want an amazing torch, get the p7, same size as a normal torch. Much much brighter than it. So i would say P7

@chazza495 I just remembered after posting the comment, that you can buy combo packs where you can buy the P7 with a free P3 for the same price as just the P7, look online at amazon or other online shops and search for a led lenser p7 combo pack (or something like that) and you can get both the torches for the price of the P7.

@newhuskytwenty I have a few P7's and you can actually carry it without a problem in your pockets, i agree with what you are saying, the P3 has the output of a normal torch whereas the P7 is like a searchlight, the only reason i compared the size of them is to give an idea of just how small the P3 actually is. I keep the P3 in my pocket all the time, p7 only when needing a good torch so i get what you mean, the p3 is something you can always carry with you, P7 isnt that small or light yet...
