if i do this will it make me gain lots of fat as well? because i want to get ripped fast and ive been weight lifting for about a year but no major gains. i need to get big and lean and i would like to know what you would recommend me do for that? what about the 21 day fast mass routine?
also i would like to limit my fat gains wile bulking up because i just recently lost 40lbs of fat and would like not to go back to what i was before.

How many times a day do you drink these shakes and do you drink them after workout or during? also is the protein powder a must? or can you use every else you just used and skip the powder, cause it gives you skin problems :D

25 lbs of muscle is impossible in 6months, either most of that was fat, or u put in sum steroids in that shake

Oh to add to my comment below, I need the protein, im just not getting enough thats why i wanted to drink shakes. I plan on working out 1-2 hours 4 times a week. I'm a girl btw so thats why i wouldn't want to gain muscle or more fat. I have PCOS again irrelevant to my question, but the condition makes me gain weight from being insulin resistant and makes it really hard to lose it. Thats why i do not want to take a powder to gain more of it. Sorry for the long question.

I know this is irrelevant to gaining muscle mass, but im trying to lose weight and because im insulin resistant i need a high intake of protein to slow down my glucose.. anyways, im not really fluent into protein powder speak<< I bought this powder you have shown, im not trying to gain any muscle just slim down is this a good choice still as a meal replacement? Again, im in no way wanting to gain muscle. :) Thank you

hey play it again sam..are you a gannnngster ?
I was taking powder weight gainer but I hate all the bloating, stomach cramps, and upset stomach that is associated with some weight gainers. Have u had any of these problems with this recipe?

@justincredible7886
yeah I felt bloated a lot, but I think it was from taking in so many calories in general and not necessarily from the shakes alone although lately i started making this recipe with water instead of milk and it seems to digest very easily

I make this shake and divide it into 2 servings so that each serving is about 550 calories and then I would drink one between breakfast and lunch, then another between lunch and dinner and then I would drink a full 1100 calorie shake at night before bed and for awhile I was even waking up around 2:00 a.m. and drinking a 550 calorie serving. I had these in addition to eating 4 meals per day. Hope that helps bro...good luck.

Thanks bro. Tried this recipe today and I actually forgot I was drinking a protein shake it was so good. I am also a hardgainer and when would you recommend me drinking these throughout the day? Morning, After Workout, or Before bed?

@WiNSHiPx
yeah all those times you mentioned would be a good time to drink them and if you wake up in the middle of the night to take a piss, slam one down...that worked well for me, I would just make an extra shake around bedtime and put it in the fridge so it was ready for me when I woke up
