Like somebody else said, Budden doesn't smoke anymore. I think he pops pills though. He says it on his his new album "Escape Route" which is one of the best albums of this year and I actually liked it better than the Slaughterhouse album. He says something about "popping vicodins, lying to myself, saying they're harmless, just vitamins". And he says something about popping perkasets or however you spell it. So he was probably on pills, not blazed. Which is stupid, weed is safer! Peace.
