Ingredient List:

200g of Daikon Radish
100g of Chicken Breast, cooked and sliced

Sauce:
2 t. Coconut Butter
1 t. Fish Sauce
1 t. Bragg's Liquid Aminos
2 t. Rice Vinegar
1/8 t. garlic powder
1/8 t. onion powder
pinch of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 pkt. of Stevia

1 T. water

1T. Cilantro, fresh and chopped
1 wedge of Lemon

P3 variations:
add a scrambled egg
add bean sprouts
add chopped peanuts
use both shrimp and chicken

  • @hcgbesties Thanks! Yeah, it's my own recipe... I've made several pad thai recipes in the past so I just threw together all the best parts of them and then tweaked it to make it P2 friendly. :) It would be great with miracle noodles too if you're scared of the radishes! lol!

  • I just made this and it was SO good Nili!! Only thing is it's so high calorie from the coconut oil and butter, next time I'll definitely use a little less of both to cut down on overall calories. YUMMM! Soo good!! =D
