I often start building a Rod of Ages with a Sapphire Crystal in the beginning and lead into something like Morello's Evil Tome and then Rabadon's Deathcap. Somewhere in there, never at the same time, I buy a pair of Sorcerer's Boots. I wasn't aware of the large range on Ziggs' ulti, though... ("I'm going to take this one, and this one, and throw it in your face!" - Ziggs)

Can you do a guide on leblanc?

I like to use Lichbayne with ziggs :D I offen rush Rod Of Ages first and than boots but then depending on eather Rabadons or Lichbayne. Has worked quiet well so far :D
