  • Did you have bottom end work done on the engine. I have a 2001 2V GT and I'm a little nervouse about SC it without a forged bottom end. I have a vid posed of it againced a 2003 Termmy at the track. I lost, but not by much.

  • The 95 cobra r had a 351 pushrod style engine. The 2000 cobra r had a 5.4 DOHC modular engine in it. Both cars were naturally aspirated

  • @yanster420 not quite the same engine as the Lightning. the Lightning is a 5.4 2 valve engine with a roots style supercharger. the 2k Cobra R was a 5.4 4 valve naturally aspirated engine. also the Lightning's engine block was made of iron while the Cobra R's engine block was made of aluminum to help keep weight down. needless to say there were many other bells and whistles that were upgraded for the Cobra R's engine, but that ends up being minor details about the engine.

  • @jfkyz125 in 2000, ford came out with the svt cobra r and it had the same 5.4 as the ford lightning

Maybe a 5.8 but fuck i dont even think the 5.4 was around and its not worth a fuck either not then and not now the new 5.0 dohc walks all over the 5.4 dohc and fuck its in a 40000 dollor car while the 5.4 is in a 60000 dollor car stop looking shit up on goddamb wikki and stop being a fucking tube mechanic know it all when you cant even understand a simple fucking comment

  • @jfkyz125 Actually you are wrong dumbass !! The 95 Cobra "R" was NEVER called a Terminator as they were a beast all to themselves, you are correct about the engine so i will give you that. The 2000 Cobra "R" had a 5.4 L D.O.H.C N/A modular engine . The REAL Terminator Cobras were the 2003 & 2004 4.6L D.O.H.C modular engine with Eaton M-112 Superchargers.
