Eric Holder and the Department of Justice combined with the NAACP and Project Vote (ACORN) are suing the state of Louisiana. They claim the state disenfranchised minority and underprivileged voters by not allowing them the same opportunity to vote as everyone else. This seems suspicious at best as Louisiana has over 82% of it's residents registered. This puts Louisiana at #4 in the nation (#2 and #3 both allow registration on voting day). Secretary Schedler has and is fighting this tooth and nail.
