The accent you refer to is Ashkenazi Hebrew accent. Mizrahi (Mizrachi)/Sephardic Hebrew pronounces the "H" (chet) like the heavily aspirated Arabic "H", the "resh" ("R") is more like a trilled Arabic "R" (unlike Ashkenazi Hebrew which pronounces it like French "R" which is very guttural), and the "ayin" is a glottal stop pronounced exactly the same as Arabic "3ayn" (it is much more subdued in Ashkenazi Hebrew).
