@Lvduggo69 What happen in the video is that the guy with the gun basically doesn't like to pay his bills, he owed to the man who was shoot about 1500 USD and he refused to pay. the video description says that this man has money and is involved with organized crime or drug dealers. In the video is mentioned that this man has done this in the past to avoid to pay his bills. In the end the guy who got shoot survived and publish this video as an impeachment.
