Thanks for this. Well done. I am one of those you sought to convince and you have done so. That does not mean I am absolving congress from their part in the crafting and passing of this bill, but I accept your argument. Obama, as "the leader of the free world" ultimately must be held responsible. After all, as Harry Truman said, "The buck stops here." Nice job on the animation as well.
