I'm guessing a few of you saw my previous Lion installer in VMware, which used a bootable .vmdk file, however now it's pretty easy to install the retail version of Lion using an .iso file, which makes it a lot easier. Just go ahead and follow the video.

I can not seem to get this to work, I start it when every tutorial tells me to power it on and I get an error like check if workstation is currently installed or whatever. I got an AMD does that have an effect on it? if so can u show me a AMD tutorial?

A virtual CPU has entered the shutdown state. This would have caused a physical machine to restart.
