  • Sorry to tell you, but those who would smoke before work if cannabis were legalized, are /already/ smoking before they go to work.

  • of course these people are agaisnt 19... and of course there isnt going to be a legal limit to how high you can drive like alcohol ... you completly black out when you drink too much... when you smoke too much you simply just eat alot and sleep later ...

  • Some people would rather live the way they want, not to live like robots to try and impress people of higher rank.. YES ON 19 BABY!!

  • @KripDrip No we want to stop wasting billions of dollars on a failed policy.

That puts out kids at risk of getting weed..

88% of High School Senior say they can get you pot.. 25% of them say they can get it within the hour.. Do you really want your kid subjected to that? And if he or she does decide to buy a bag.. They would have to go to a Criminals House..

That will probably get them hooked on harder drugs..

Legalize, Regulate, Tax, And educate!!! VOTE YES ON PROP 19!!

  • so now you wanna make it easier for workers to show up high?

you wanna make it easier for potheads to get high and crash their cars and killed several people?

    your CRAZY!

  • @billieholiday42 If someone isn't "performing the job" correctly, thats all that has to be proven to fire them. Why the hell would an employer have to prove WHY they aren't doing the job correctly...

Not making any sense. Also, it's still illegal under federal law so the same risks apply for driving under the influence.

  • how can anyone prevent anyone from smoking and going to work now...

    ?

  • @billieholiday42 so? How do you connect safety to being drug free? Some ppl have temperance, ppl like me?

  • @billieholiday42 Let me tell you something buddy. Thc has a life of a month in your blood after smoking ingesting etc. So if somone did crystal meth a couple days before work or smoked a joint, they get in trouble for the harmless one. Plus it is the same responsibility to not drink and go to work as it is smoking pot. Your an idiot know what your talking bout before you type that bullshit. I feel bad your not smoking weed. Its idiots like you why a plant isnt legal to grow

  • YES on 19

    NO on steve cooley

  • @sirskunksalot FACT: If prop 19 passes schools can no longer screen applicants for marijuana use because marijuana will be "legal" It takes away the employers rights to maintain a safe and drug-free work place, where someone can be under the influence around children. But you don't want to provide the real FACTS.

  • prop 19 would drive up costs and undermine the ability of employers to protect the safety of all employees in the workplace. If prop 19 passes employers, and schools, would be faced with the burden of proving that an employee who tests positive for marijuana is “actually impaired” from performing the job before taking any adverse action against the employee. This process would delay disciplinary actions used to protect workplace safety and drive up costs due to increased litigation.
