Canadianstormchaser are you ignorant or just plain stupid? Standardbreds can rack. I have a stud that will rack in the 30s and a mare that will rack in the 20s and switch to a stepping pace (which is a smooth pace) and do 37 mph. Learn the breed before you comment on someone's horse. It looks like its doing it's job to me.
