People, people, stop insulting each other!

You just can't compare mp3's to vinyl records.

These days, most vinyl records come with a mp3-download code.

    You know why?

MP3's are very handy, you can take them everywhere you go.

Myself, I love vinyl, I've got a lot of it and I also think it sounds better than mp3's, but I admit that I couldn't live without mp3's as well.

How would you listen to music when you're on the train or on the street?

Stop fighting and enjoy the music!

My 30 year old records still sound better and more organic than your shitty compressed iTunes bought mp4s.

It's probably a 45 RPM, which usually holds one song per side.

That still has a smaller dynamic range ;)

But yes, at that point I really don't care whether it's the true sound or not. It's convenient and matches the original sound, to my ears anyway.

I'm 14. You could start with the Audio Technica LP60, it's a cheap $80 turntable. Vinyl records can be found on eBay for next to nothing. I recently ordered 3 Eagles records for $12.00, bulk shipping. You can also buy new albums from artists like Taylor Swift or Katy Perry on Amazon.

Vinyl as a new trend? Really?

By the time my vinyl deteriorates in 40 years (which it hasn't), it'll still sound better than compressed shit.
