where do you get extra carriages from and where do you buy your trains from
-
Have you seen the new Hornby 'Ladbroke Grove rail crash' special anniversary edition ?
-
@iFiiZZLE i have a tip do not get a high speed train first
-
when a the bogie is shared between coaches like on the eurostar it is known as 'articulated'. this makes it safer becausethe train stays in one piece in a small de-railment.
-
super
-
The bogie sharing is for stability at high speed, because the bogie can oscalate when it reaches top speeds (186mph).
-
My Eurostar has 4 cars for now. But I get the 2 locos powered to improve the traction when I add more cars.
Cheers; )

@iFiiZZLE well depends what type of layout you are having, if its big like ours then you might wan't flexi track and long trains but with a hornby track matt thing you woill be better off with smaller loco's (not saying you should't get a pendo or something i just don't recomend it)
