its like all the other stuff there that got used once until it broke or interest was lost steam rallies and other such events are a far better way to find public favour
i have been showing fire engines all of my life i have seen the public and the joy given to them by being there and being able to interact with them one to one at least it did not end up at Weedon next best place though i guess?

I know this machine and think its a crying shame that its consigned to die in this place F12's are getting scarce on the show scene and this kind of thing does not help i own a vintage machine too and enjoy the attention it gets at the shows

Well, there is no pleasing some people.
It did not look very dead at the last Science Museum Swindon open day, when I saw it being driven around and demonstrating its water pumping ability.
