@BusanKevin actually I've seen a Canadian cop do that. 1 cop w/out radio and w/out the flags.

You see that everyday here in Norway. The only difference is that the police stop the speeders by car, not by folt.

Would not happen in the UK. The police are all to busy being made redundant so their wages can be used to bail out bankers.
