I don't know if he ever responded to you, but.. I load these in my No4 Mk1. They are (marked as 147gr but actually weigh 137-138gr) .308" pulled 30-06 as he says in the vid.
I loaded these and I am currently getting about 1.5MOA out to 350 meters with irons.. They shoot GREAT out of my 303 brit..
I can hit a 6" steel plate at 350 meters about 1 in 3 shots with a jacket as a rest.

What cartridge did you use? It is seemed like russian 7,62x54R (Mosin). What machinegun did you use? Is it allowed in the USA in which state?
