"It is my desire and legal request that those family members who have demonstrated that they do not care about me not be permitted to visit or photograph me at any time.

As of this date, this would include my ex-wife, Norma Christensen, my two sons, James and Duane, and my daughter, Brenda.

David and Denise were asked to join in an agreement with Dr. White on December 24, 2002, stating that we would not communicate with Norma, or the other three people mentioned in this letter. We were told that Norma had threatened to put Dr. White in jail and/or expose him to the IRS or the state of California Franchise Tax Board.

Again on December 24, 2004, David and Denise were asked to renew the agreement. This video shows a letter that was written two weeks after that agreement.

On December 24, 2006, Denise reminded her father of the agreement and asked him to state in front of his three grandchildren that he was not going to leave town and begin trying to find a way to deny or deflect responsibility for the agreement.

As of the date of the letter in this video there were only four names that had been added to the "no contact" agreement initiated on December 24, 2002.
