Santi2563, your comments are rediculous! He never said that these people don't work hard. On the contrary, he appreciates the incredible work that goes into Mezcal. Secondly, yes he is from another country and he is a connoisseur of spirits. He never argues that Matatlan is not the center of Mezcal and even shows how it is much more of an art than Tequila (another form of Mezcal). Finally, he is creating awareness of this drink that the world knows very little about. What have you done?

VERY GOOD FILM, All this makes the mezcal a unique drink unlike any other in Mexico and the world. In addition, mezcal is mostly organic obtained, as many mezcals are made from wild agave, and when grown, no chemicals are applied;

this is an aspect worth noting, since it never has been done anything to certify Mezcal as an "Organic" even thou there are organizations such as Organic Croop International Aproval )

Es cierto matatlán tiene gente que trabaja arduamente en el campo ya sea cultivando sus magueyes, o en sus palenques destilando mezcal, no se debe criticar algo hasta no conocerlo a fondo, la verdad trabajar en el mezcal es duro pero los mejores recuerdos de mi infancia estan cuando trabajaba con mi padre, Dios te bendiga mi viejo, no sabes cuanto te quiero.
