these disposable camera tasers are more like high voltage "cattle prods" since they only deliver one quick shock before the capacitor has to be recharged. I'd like to see how to make a taser that gives a continues arc/shock, just like factory made tasers.

@korne678 the voltage difference between the two poles of the capacitor is the source of the voltage difference, the current would only go to close the voltage gap, so no he wont get electrocuted...as seen in the vid
